FAQ’s about the product
Great Question. When you have this, your device is monitored all the time by a Security Operations Centre that runs 24x7x365. If something happens on your device, we will get alerted and can then inform you. If it’s serious, your device will be locked down from the internet.
We will also have a report sent to you every month to show you what has been happening on your device. All incidents also get a report.
That would be a no! Whilst it is great that you have Anti Virus, on its own in 2025 it is just not enough. You need to add some more layers on top of it. With our Endpoint Detection and Response, we integrate to Microsoft Defender. This means that you do not need to pay for AV and EDR, just pay for EDR and you get the best of both worlds. I will also say, that relying on just one security mechanism is a false sense of security. Imagine you have a 10ft gate to get into your house, but a 1ft wall with a gap in it all the way around.
They don’t! If you take a phishing email (SPAM), if you fall for this, that’s when they will take a look at who you are, possibly encrypt your data and they will decide what ransom you might be prepared to pay. The hackers or threat actors send emails to as many domains as possible, and if your domain is on a list somewhere, they will target you.
There is no way to be 100% protected. All you can do as a business owner is put the best measures in place that you are able to. Take a layered approach and do not put all your eggs in one basket. Take this example – If you were looking at physical security, would you spend all your money on expensive locks for your front door, and then leave the windows with a weakness? Same goes for cyber security. Take a layered approach and make it as difficult as possible for hackers to get in.
